Modernist Birmingham mapped

Back in 2015 we worked with our friends at the Birmingham chapter of the modernist society, to produce this on-line map. It features over ninety twentieth century buildings dotted around the city centre and beyond.

Madin’s magnificent Central Library has long gone and it is likely that some other Birmingham buildings have since been radically altered or even demolished since we drew up this list, but here you can once again see our selection - drag the map to view more or for a full page version with drop down list of the featured buildings see the full screen map here
